Got the PM on the phone a few days later to ask about the sinkhole. He stated that they had some 3rd party engineers, and the county check on it. Their fix was to tamp down some gravel. This delayed the build by a couple of weeks.
As you can see from the images below, we were lucky enough to witness the footings pour. I also did a quick video of the process. They had 3 concrete trucks filled with 36 cubic yards lined up and ready to dump some concrete. Unfortunately, they ran out of concrete and requested another 4 cubic yards to complete the footings towards the front of the house.
