Happy New Year 2015.......not soo happy..... Looks like they started trenching and stopped due to a deep sinkhole. One of the neighbors said it was about 8 feet deep. After examining some older pictures it looks like there used to be a large oak tree in that spot. I'm assuming it was never packed correctly after they yanked out the tree. Time to get the PM on the line...
